Israeli troops kill Palestinian throwing rocks in West Bank: army

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israeli soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian who had been hurling rocks at cars on a highway in the occupied West Bank on Monday, a military spokeswoman said.
