U.S. condemns Cuba's 'practice of repressing' after activists detained

HAVANA (Reuters) - The United States on Wednesday condemned what it called Cuba's practice of repression following the detention of several activists, in the first major test of President Barack Obama's policy shift toward normalizing relations with the communist-ruled island.
