Dozens die as Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines battered by storms

KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) - Malaysia, southern Thailand and parts of the Philippines have been battered by heavy rain and flash floods in recent days, killing dozens, officials said on Tuesday.
