ICC appeal judges uphold conviction of Congolese warlord Lubanga

THE HAGUE (Reuters) - Appeal judges at the International Criminal Court on Monday upheld the conviction of Congolese war criminal Thomas Lubanga, bringing to a close the permanent war crimes court's first case.
