Fifty-Six U.S. Senators offer bill to approve Keystone

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Fifty-six U.S. senators - 45 Republicans and 11 Democrats - offered a bill on Thursday to provide congressional approval of the stalled Keystone pipeline project.
